Bleach the Knots on your frontal/ closure

Before

After

Before you bleach your lace frontal/closure you have to make sure the hair is VIRGIN hair or it will not bleach and if you try to bleach the hair it may turn to a horrble gray color, and you do not want that to happen.
The reasons why people bleach the knots on their fronta/ closure is because they want the hair to look like it is growing from their own scalp and not look like a wig. Some women use a frontal/closure as a way to protect their real hair... or because they have no hair and would like the appearance of hair growing from their head.

I will be telling you how I bleach and tint my closure. I am not syaing this is the right way.. But this is how I do mine,

 You will need:
 1. Your closure/ frontal
 2. Bleach powder and activator
 3. Gloves
 4. Bowl and dye brush
 5. aluminium foil

1st you are going to mix the bleach powder and peroxide activator until you get a consistancy not too thick and not too watery because you don't want the bleach to get all over the hair, you just want it on the knots. stir completly and get all of the lumps out. Once the product is fully mixed place the bleach on the back of you frontal/closure  *As seen in photo

Be sure to not get bleach on the rest of the hair unless you plan on bleaching/dying the frontal then it should be ok.  Fold the hair in aluminum foil let sit for 5 mins and check to see if the color has lifted... if not then let sit for five more minutes.  Shampoo and condition like you normally would and place on your head. :)  There are so many different installations that you can do for a closure/frontal. some people use tape, some use glue and some just use a sewing needle & thread.
I do recommened making your own silk scalp or you can also buy silk closures/frontal. but it is cheaper to make your own at home. There are tons of videos on youtube that you can watch to learn how to make one and more about them. Don't froget to cut the lace as close as you can to your hairline with out cutting the hair on the lace.
I hope this helped and I hope you enjoy your closures!
